Last weekend, we enjoyed K's Aikido demonstration and potluck, the Duke Family and Fun Fair, and a rainy Sunday evening at the ballpark. After waiting 2.5 hours in the rain, we only made it to the 5th inning before everyone's good behavior started to head south, but hey, we'll go again! I was really surprised to see a lot of nursing mamas at the game. For some reason, I did not expect to be one of many in that particular venue! ;-) It just shows to go ya, that you must never assume anything.
This weekend, we're hoping to spend a little time searching for houses, a little time ice skating, and a few hours at a music festival/farmer's market.
On Tuesday, our first box of local, fresh veggies, herbs, and farm raised eggs will be arriving. I'm so excited, it's downright silly! ;-)
Now, I must go and write some thank you notes.

What a bunch of sweet photos! And wow, bet it felt nice to not feel like the only nursing mom. :)
I'm jealous about your CSA share! I didn't end up signing because I'd to drive north of Btown to pick it up every week and I just can't commit to it right now. Hopefully next summer she'll be able to arrange a pickup here in town. We did plant bell peppers, canteloupe, watermelon, cilantro and tomatoes to make fresh salsa. :D
